Initiating local greening projects that encourage neighbour-to-neighbour planning and participation, and establishing a citizen arborist movement in downtown Toronto through education, engagement and hands-on tree care workshops while increasing Toronto’s tree canopy are GreenHere’s major goals. Through various community-building events, Greenhere promotes local stewardship and opens the dialogue for environmental issues and solutions.
